daistore does not tie you to any AI vendor. The platform talks to the language model through a simple adapter, so the model is a setting, not a dependency. That choice is yours three times over:
Mini-apps are designed and generated with the LLM of your choice: a national model, an open-weights model running on your own machines, or a commercial API.
Once built, an app runs on whichever model you point it to, and you can switch models later without rewriting the app. Your prompts, your data and your logs stay on the infrastructure you chose.
The whole platform is self-hostable. Run it in your own data centre or with an independent hoster in your country, so that your data never has to leave your jurisdiction.
